How long does my membership last?

Three months and then it automatically renews on a monthly basis until you terminate your membership. The membership is perpetual and will not terminate until you cancel it.

How do I sign up for a membership?

Call, text, email, or go online to book yourself an appointment for a massage. When you come to your appointment, you will be able to sign up.

What if I want to cancel my membership?

You may cancel at any time with 30 days prior written notice. If you cancel within the first three months of your membership, you must pay a cancellation fee equal to half of the remaining payments due. If you cancel after the first three months of your membership, there is no cancellation fee. Cancellation requests must be hand delivered or emailed to

Can I use my membership with any massage therapist at Flathead Massage Professionals?


Can I get additional sessions at the membership rate?

Absolutely. You may purchase unlimited sessions for yourself at your membership rate. Your membership covers the cost of one massage per month. Any additional massage sessions will be payable at the time of service.

Can I extend my session time?

Yes, you may schedule a longer session at the rate of $35 per 30 additional minutes, payable at the time of service.

What if the month is coming to an end and I haven’t scheduled my massage yet?

Contact us or go online to schedule your massage by 11:59pm on the last day of the month or you forfeit your session for that month. You may schedule your massage with your preferred therapist at your preferred time in the following month if there are no appointments left that work for you during the current month.

What if I won’t be able to make it in for a month or so?

You may freeze your account one time per year for up to 3 months. Please provide us with at least 7 days prior written notice. If you are unable to come in during a month in which you have already been billed, you must let us know prior to the end of that month or forfeit your session for that month.

What if my credit card or checking account expires or is declined?

If your credit card or bank account fails to process on the billing date (1st of each month), you will get an email informing you of the failed charge. You will need to pay your membership dues and provide updated information if necessary. You will be charged a $20 service charge fee per month for insufficient funds or invalid account information.

Can I share my membership with another person?

No. Memberships are not transferrable.

Can I schedule my membership sessions online?

Yes. You can schedule online 24 hours a day.

Will I be charged a yearly fee?

No. There are no yearly fees or initiation fees.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours prior notice of cancellation. For sessions scheduled less than 24 hours in advance, we require 4 hours prior notice of cancellation. No shows and cancellations that fail to meet these requirements will be charged full price for the services that were scheduled.
