CORE & POSTURE
This workshop will consist of a 15-minute lecture on the basics of posture and core musculature followed by 45 minutes of exercise and stretches to strengthen the core and improve posture. Wear comfortable clothing. Space is limited.

ABOUT US
​
Lori Loucakis started practicing professional massage therapy in 2002 in Boulder, Colorado after graduating from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy. She moved to the Flathead Valley in 2006 and has since built a thriving private practice. In 2014, she started Flathead Massage Professionals with a desire to create a talented team of massage therapists that provide professional, therapeutic, and relaxing massage to the Flathead Valley community. In May of 2017, her husband, John Loucakis, graduated from the Massage Training Institute in Kalispell and joined the team. We now have seven licensed massage therapists working on our team and offer medical massage, pregnancy massage, spa treatments, neural reset therapy, lymphatic drainage therapy, cupping and more!
