Gentle Flow Yoga with Amanda Dee


Tuesdays 5:30-6:30pm

Amanda's gentle flow yoga class is designed for those who prefer a class less vigorous. It includes gentle stretches and breathing as well as simple movements designed to systematically increase the range of motion of every major joint and increase energy. This class is ideal for students with chronic symptoms such as muscle/joint pain, stiffness, weakness, and fatigue. Or, anyone looking for a slower paced flow.

Iyengar Yoga with Erin Burke-Webster, CIYT

After years of practice, Erin began extensive Iyengar yoga teacher training in 2010 and started teaching classes to adults and kids in 2014. She has since achieved an Intermediate Junior 1 level certification as well as a Yoga Therapy certification from the Iyengar Yoga Therapeutics Program in Los Angeles. Erin is an expert at helping individuals address specific health issues through yoga.
Erin strives to make her classes educational, inviting and creative. Following the Iyengar yoga methodology, she chooses a focus or theme for each class and links the poses so students can observe how each pose affects the next within the sequence. Attention to alignment and clear instruction builds confidence and knowledge within every student. She addresses the individual concerns of each student with the use of precise adjustments, modifications, and props.
